Deadly terror attack carried out in Barcelona

At least one person was killed and dozens more were injured in a terror attack in Barcelona, Spain. A driver plowed a van into a crowd in the popular tourist area known as Las Ramblas. A manhunt is underway for the driver. Anthony Mason anchors this CBS News Special Report.
