Day care owner sentenced for trying to hang toddler

Nataliia Karia apologized at her sentencing for attempting to kill a child in her care in 2016, and also pleaded guilty to criminal vehicular operation for hitting a pedestrian, a bicyclist and another driver as she fled from her home. WCCO's Bill Hudson reports.
