Dashcam video shows moment of near-fatal police shootout

Forty-six law enforcement officers were shot and killed last year in the line of duty. One near-fatal encounter was caught on camera. Newly-released video shows two Pennsylvania state troopers in a gun battle with a man about to be sentenced for attempted murder. CBS News’ Tony Dokoupil reports.
