Couple sues Ohio fertility clinic after losing their "only chances"
Human error has not been ruled out for the loss of thousands of embryos and eggs at a fertility clinic outside of Cleveland. Hospital officials publicly admitted the number of eggs and embryos lost when the freezer system failed is double the original estimates. Anna Werner reports.
