Could Congress kill Iran nuclear deal?

President Obama said he expects a "robust debate" in Congress over the preliminary deal struck with Iran to prevent it from developing nuclear weapons. But there are those on Capitol Hill pushing for a say on any final agreement with Iran. Nancy Cordes reports.
