Governor Cuomo on the "wave" of coronavirus cases hitting New York
At his daily briefing Monday, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo spoke about the surge of confirmed coronavirus cases in the state and efforts to prevent the pandemic from overwhelming the health care system.
