Cop accused of stealing $1,300 during Brooklyn stop-and-frisk
A cellphone video purports to show an NYPD officer pocketing about $1,300 in cash during a stop-and-frisk incident in Brooklyn Sept. 16. The video was provided to CBS News by the attorney of Lamard Joye, the alleged theft victim. The NYPD and Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office say they are both investigating.
