Congressional negotiators reach bipartisan deal

Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., and Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash., announced Tuesday they have reached a budget deal. The deal is supported by President Obama and Congressional leaders from the right and left. CBS News' Nancy Cordes reports.
