Congress to vote on short-term spending bill to avert government shutdown before holidays

Lawmakers on Capitol Hill are under the gun to approve a short-term spending bill this week to avoid a government shutdown before the holidays. The continuing resolution has to be approved in the House and Senate by Friday at midnight. CBS News political reporter Taurean Small has more.
