Congress calls for action on seat back dangers

Two U.S. senators are calling on automakers to reinforce seat backs that can collapse in a crash. They say it's a simple fix that could prevent serious injuries or deaths, and would cost only a few dollars per car. Kris Van Cleave has been looking into this.
