Cleveland makes new push on rape cases

When CBS asked the Cleveland Police Department back in 2009 how many untested rape kits were sitting on their shelves, a lieutenant said he didn't know and wouldn't count. Now, however, a prosecutor is using those kits to prosecute crimes from years back, Nancy Cordes reports.
