China's foreign ministry accuses U.S. of serious provocation

China's President Xi Jinping gave U.S. President Trump an earful when they spoke by phone over the weekend. Ben Tracy reports that Xi was upset that a U.S. destroyer sailed close to a disputed island claimed by China.
