A new report reveals China's latest propaganda push in the Xinjiang region, where tens of thousands of Uighurs and other ethnic minorities have been forced into reeducation camps. The New York Times and ProPublica analyzed thousands of videos posted on social media that appear to show Beijing's version of life across the region.
