Change in blood pressure guidelines may mean fewer people need drugs

A new recommendation could change the way older adults with high blood pressure are treated. A panel of U.S. experts recommends prescribing medicine to people over 60 only when blood pressure levels reach 150 over 90. Elaine Quijano reports.
