Carney defends Obama "unprecedented" SCOTUS remarks
At the daily White House briefing on Wednesday, CBS News chief White House correspondent Norah O'Donnell questioned press secretary Jay Carney on President Obama's remarks that it would be "unprecedented" for the Supreme Court to overturn the health care laws.
