California Gov. Jerry Brown: Intense wildfires "the new normal"

California Gov. Jerry Brown provided an update on the dangerous wildfires threatening Southern California on Saturday. Brown said climate change played a role in the fire's' intensity, and urged residents near affected areas to enable phone alerts so they can pack up and evacuate quickly if necessary.
