California wildfire explodes as storm threatens mudslides in southern part of state

A powerful storm is pummeling California with rain and high winds, helping fuel a fast-growing wildfire in the northern part of the state. The rain could help control the fire, but in Southern California, flooding and mudslides are a concern. CBS News' Carter Evans reports.
