Boehner refusing to hold vote that could end shutdown
CBS News has found 200 House Democrats and 14 House Republicans would support funding the government -- two more votes would be needed for it to pass. However, Speaker Boehner is refusing to hold a vote. He says he is waiting for the president to negotiate, but has privately told House Republicans he is done negotiating. CBS News senior White House correspondent Bill Plante reports.
