Blizzard hits Nebraska as most of the U.S. experiences Christmas without snow

A major snowstorm hit Nebraska Sunday evening, creating dangerous and icy road conditions. At the same time, many areas of the country were without prospects of a white Christmas, though a cross country storm this week promises lots of rain.
