Black Friday shoppers flock to grab deals
The rush for holiday deals brought out the worst in one crowd in North Carolina, but elsewhere, it was mostly civilized as an estimated 97 million shoppers turned out to take advantage of discounts. Sales are expected to increase 2.4 percent this year, the smallest increase since 2009. Elaine Quijano reports.
