Bill Cosby's sexual assault case declared a mistrial

A mistrial was declared today in the sexual assault case against Bill Cosby after the jury was hopelessly deadlocked. Cosby's lawyers are declaring victory, while the prosecution is promising a do-over. Jericka Duncan is at the courthouse in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
