Biden speech slip adds to questions about fitness for second term

During a rare primetime news conference Thursday, President Biden disputed some of the findings of a special counsel report on his handling of classified material. Mr. Biden refuted the report's comments about his memory, but at one point referred to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi as the president of Mexico.
