Biden, bipartisan senators reach infrastructure agreement

President Biden is claiming a major victory after striking a $579 billion infrastructure deal with a group of 10 bipartisan senators. But the compromise only covers a portion of what the president was hoping for and faces a difficult road to getting passed by Congress. Ed O'Keefe has the latest.
