At least 4 dead in winter storm sweeping across southern U.S.

At least four people have died in a rare winter storm that has swept across hundreds of miles along the Gulf of Mexico. The storm system has brought record snow to Houston, the most snow in more than a century to New Orleans, plus dangerous conditions in Alabama and Florida.
