Army general accused of sexual assault confronts alleged victim in court
Jeffrey A. Sinclair, the 51-year-old brigadier general on trial in Fort Bragg, N.C., is apparently the highest-ranking officer to face court martial for a crime such as sexual assault. CBS News national security correspondent David Martin reports.
