Arctic invasion brings snowstorms, bone-chilling temperatures

Winter doesn't begin until Dec. 21, but it's already looking and feeling a lot like winter in much of the country. Snow is in the forecast from North Dakota to parts of the Northeast with overnight temperatures well below freezing. Brook Silva-Braga has more on America's arctic invasion.
