Arctic blast hits Northeast

The Northeast is in the grip of a polar vortex that has temperatures dropping fast. The mercury is expected to bottom out to low single digits Sunday morning, and could possibly break all-time record lows. Michelle Miller reports from a very chilly Scranton, Pennsylvania.
