A dog named Lilo was dropped off at McKamey Animal Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee — with a note. It explained that Lilo's owner was a mother of two who was homeless, and that she was having trouble caring for the dog. The shelter used the note as a clue to track down Lilo's family.
