Anger over negligence in the U.S. nuclear program

Defense secretary Chuck Hagel announced Friday that he needs $10 billion to fix years of neglect and mismanagement in the American nuclear program. In one instance, three nuclear bases had to share one specialized wrench used on nuclear warheads. David Martin reports from the Pentagon.
