Amid growing tensions, Tillerson meets with Putin in Moscow
Secretary of State Rex Tillerson met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin for nearly two hours but left without having settled the main issue dividing them: the future of Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad.
