Americans are worried about the economy, Consumer Confidence Index finds

Americans are more worried now about the economy, according to a new report. The Consumer Confidence Index fell more than seven points this month, the largest monthly decline in nearly four years. CBS News MoneyWatch correspondent Kelly O'Grady explains what could be driving consumers' concerns.
