Albany district attorney won't pursue Cuomo criminal charge
The Albany County district attorney won't pursue a forcible touching charge against former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. The attorney said Cuomo's accuser was "credible" but "we cannot meet our burden at trial" with the available evidence. Jericka Duncan reports.
