Airlines introducing "basic fares" in push for more fliers

American Airlines and United are preparing to offer ultra-low fares to compete with discount carriers. The tickets are no-frills, and some fliers will not be allowed carry-on luggage, which has critics concerned. Kris Van Cleave reports.
