California voters head to the polls on June 5th for a number of congressional primaries and the governor's race to replace Gov. Jerry Brown. While Democratic congressional candidates are looking to tie their GOP counterparts to President Trump, voters are also concerned with rising housing costs and increasing homelessness in the state.
