Syrian dictator Bashar Assad gave his first interview with an American TV network in over two years to Charlie Rose, who said what struck him most about Assad was he was "remarkably calm and conversational"; and, 72-foot catamarans competing for America's Cup use new technology that make them literally fly across San Francisco Bay at over 60 mph.
