12/03: No indictment for officer in NYC chokehold death; Takata executives grilled over faulty airbags

A New York City police officer was cleared by a grand jury for the chokehold that contributed to the death of Eric Garner in July; at least five people have been killed by exploding automobile airbags built by Takata.
