Witnesses contradict government statement about deadly ICE shooting in Houston
People who were in a van with Lorenzo Salgado Araujo when he was shot told an attorney that ICE agents were never in front of their vehicle and Salgado Araujo was shot from the side. The Department of Homeland Security initially said Salgado Araujo was trying to run over an agent with the van, and the agent fired in self-defense.
