West Dallas school renamed to Dr. Elba and Domingo Garcia West Dallas STEM School
Pinkston High School has been renamed to Dr. Elba and Domingo Garcia West Dallas STEM School. Dr. Garcia is a Dallas County Commissioner for District Four, a former Dallas City Council member and a practicing dentist. Meanwhile, her husband, Domingo Garcia, is an attorney and president of the League of United Latin American Citizens.
