Victim recovering after high-water rescue along White Rock Creek
Dallas Fire Rescue crews were busy Wednesday, responding to 15 high-water calls including saving a man from the bottom of a 60-foot embankment!
Someone heard him calling for help near Whistle Stop Place along White Rock Creek. Crews pulled him out and took him to the hospital. He is expected to be okay!
