UT-Austin profesor says students have been on edge since October Hamas attack
"We have to find a way to encourage them to be engaged and not make them feel like when they speak out they're going to have to spend the night in jail. By the same token, we do have to protect our rules on campus," said Jeremi Suri, who teaches public affairs and history at UT-Austin.
