Towering dust devil swirls through Bastrop field: Caught on Camera

A driver in Bastrop, southeast of Austin, spotted a massive dust devil swirling in an open field. While dust devils are usually harmless, larger ones can cause real damage. The video shows it forming and then dissipating.
