Tips to avoid pain at the pump as gas prices rise
The national average for gas in now $3.82 a gallon, which is 11 cents higher than last week. As the temperature rises, so do the gas prices and experts say one reason is because of refineries. When temperatures reach 106 and 107, like we've been seeing, refineries can't operate at full capacity.
