Texas leaders unite at rare news conference to discuss school choice legislation

If and when the Texas House passes the school choice program, they'll have to iron out differences with the state Senate which already passed its version of the bill. If agreed to and signed by the governor, it will take a year for the Texas Comptroller's office to set up the program and explain to the public how it will work.
