Texas Education Freedom Account program tops 100,000 students statewide
More than 100,000 students are receiving Texas Education Freedom Account funding in the program’s first year, according to the state comptroller. Nearly 26,000 eligible North Texas students are using taxpayer‑supported private‑school assistance as demand exceeds available capacity.
