Tarrant, Parker counties report drop in homelessness
Authorities say this year there's been a 12 percent drop in the number of individuals experiencing homelessness. There was even more progress on the problem of homeless veterans and homeless families. The 2024 count also showed more people dealing with homelessness are taking advantage of shelters or transitional housing.
