Spotify to raise Premium prices as streaming costs climb
Spotify will raise prices next month, increasing its individual Premium plan from $11.99 to $12.99, with Duo, Family and Student plans also going up. The hike follows similar increases from Peacock, Disney+ and Paramount+ as streamers adjust prices after launching at lower introductory rates. New federal data shows streaming subscriptions continued to outpace traditional TV from November to December.
