Skimming devices, stolen diesel leads to arrest of 5
Garland police first reached out to state officials back in April for help investigating reports of stolen fuel and stolen card numbers. Investigators estimate the group of suspects stole between 7,500 gallons to 15,000 gallons of diesel per week during the operation.
