Second arrest made in 2002 Waxahachie murder
Police have arrested a second suspect, Waxahachie resident Keith Hart, in the 2002 killing of Frank Weiss, following last month’s arrest of Lisa Hahn, who was married to the victim at the time. Investigators say new information from a key witness led to Hart’s arrest.
