Screwworm pet treatment gets emergency approval by FDA
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued emergency authorization for generic Nitenpyram Tablets (nitenpyram) for the treatment of New World screwworm infestations in dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens after cases were confirmed in Texas and Mexico.
