Rain can't dampen spirits at Dallas Christmas kickoff

Despite cold rain, Dallas held its annual Christmas kickoff at Klyde Warren Park. Attendees enjoyed performances, the Nutcracker Ballet, and the mayor's tree lighting, all under umbrellas and ponchos.
